PeP PROMOTION-TEAM
Promotion-Team
The Promotion-Team represents the image of our clients and deals directly with the respective target groups. Besides our thorough interview/casting process we put a lot of emphasis on a good and detailed briefing of the Promotion-Team. This effort pays off: 80% of the high school graduates & students who work für us have been doing so for more than 18 months. This kind of experience is extremely valuable.
Supervisor-Team
Our Supervisors are responsible for the control and motivation of the Promotion-Team. They are out on the locations where Promotions take place and solve problems right there, where and when they occur. They are the "eyes and the ears" of the PeP Office-Team. When it comes to Fairs & Exhibitions, Events and Congresses, the Supervisors coordinate the Hosts and Hostesses-Team and assist the Project Manager on site.
